Following university, where I obtained my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Commerce, I was accepted into one of the top Corporate & Investment Bank's Graduate Programmes - and I loved it.

I spent just under a decade there and was given incredible opportunities to grow, travel, challenge myself and meet so many talented people.

All of a sudden the pandemic hit us and caused us to view the world and our lives in a whole new way. After reflection, my priorities had shifted and I needed to take some time off to focus on my family. 

​

My need to grow and be challenged remained. I wanted to start a business that could help the community around me and use the skill set I had worked so hard to obtain.  

​

After my daughter was born, a new wave of inspiration hit. What if there was a way I could help equip mums to start and run their own businesses so that they could provide for their families or supplement their income but with the flexibility they need to be able to prioritize both their families and career? A solution that was affordable and easily accessible? A way to make a difference to the community of mums I now formed part of?

 

That is when Mogul Mums was founded - and what a fulfilling journey it has been so far.
